Derek Constance pitches No-Hitter
Derek Constance threw a no-hitter to lead Kingston Varsity Baseball past Middletown 6-0.
Congratulations to Derek Constance on pitching a no-hitter this past Friday night at the Varsity Baseball game.
Derek Constance is a junior at Kingston High School. Derek has been playing baseball since he was 6 years old and has been on the Kingston High School Varsity Baseball team for 2 years. Derek has always been a pitcher but also played 2nd base as well.
When asked what was on his mind as he was getting to the last few innings, Derek said, “Don’t give up a hit, got to keep going.”
The last time Derek had a no-hitter was when he pitched for the Kingston High School Junior Varsity team while being coached by coach Parisian, who is now his Varsity Baseball coach this year.
At the end of the game, Derek said, “This is crazy!”
The next home Varsity Baseball game will be on April 26th 4:30pm vs. Pine Bush at Albert Gruner Baseball Field. Make sure to come out and support the Kingston Tigers!
GO TIGERS!
