President's Challenge Scholarship Winners!

The Kingston City School District and SUNY Ulster are proud to announce this year’s President’s Challenge Scholarship winners!

The SUNY Ulster President’s Challenge Scholarship is designed to assist first-generation college bound students and will afford the recipients the opportunity to attend SUNY Ulster tuition free after graduation from Kingston High School.  In addition, these students will receive additional guidance counseling and mentoring services, provided by KCSD throughout their time at KHS, to better prepare them for their entrance to and education at SUNY Ulster. This scholarship is awarded to eighth grade students, about to embark on their time at KHS.

"The Kingston City School District is very proud of our ten President's Challenge Award recipients. Throughout this process, they have demonstrated scholarship, integrity and strength of character. We are confident that this ongoing partnership with SUNY Ulster will be a successful one for our students and families as well as our district and SUNY Ulster community," said Mary Beth Bonville, Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education and KCSD spearhead of this amazing program.

Congratulations to our winners, and good luck in your future endeavors!
