    **Please check your voting place carefully, as Ulster County and the City of Kingston have recently made changes to their voting districts.**


    Absentee Ballots

    Voter absentee ballot applications are available from the Office of the District Clerk in the Meagher Administration Building (21 Wynkoop Place, Kingston, NY 12401). Contact Karen Seery, District Clerk, at 845-943-3003 or kseery@kingstoncityschools.org for more information.

    To receive an absentee ballot by mail, completed applications must be returned to the District Clerk's Office by May 13, 2024. For in-person pickup of ballots, applications are due by May 20, 2024.

    All completed absentee ballots must be returned to the Meagher Administration Building by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to be counted.

    Important Note: Applications will be accepted anytime prior to the deadlines above. However, absentee ballots cannot be mailed or picked up until after May 6, 2024, once Board candidates have been determined.
