Transportation Communications

The KCSD Transportation Department is working hard to ensure all parents and guardians have the bus information necessary for their student to succeed. The department sends out text messages and emails to alert you when the bus is late. If you would like to receive this information via text or email, please make sure you have signed up.

If you need to sign up for the texts and emails, go to the Kingston City School District’s homepage:

  • Click on the tab For Resources
    • Click Email and Text List Sign up

If you have access to the Parent Portal, you can check your student’s bus information there. If you do not have access to the Parent Portal, or you have questions regarding a bus stop, the Transportation Department can be reached at:

  • 845-943-3050
  • Transportation@kingstoncityschools.org (preferred)
  • If you need to sign up for the Parent Portal, go to the Kingston City School District’s homepage
    • Click on the tab For Families
      • Click Parent Portal
        • Click Parent Portal Registration and fill out the requested information.
