   • Personal check, money order, bank check
   • No cash payments
   • Please include phone number or email address on your check 
2. Online with Credit Card, Debit Card, or Electronic Check
   • Pay Online (service currently unavailable)
     • Credit or debit card charge is 2.95%
     • Electronic check charge is $1.95
3.  Drop box at 21 Wynkoop Place, Kingston NY 12401
   • Next to the Main Entrance (please use back parking lot) 
   • No cash payments        
   • Box will be checked daily
4. If you would like a receipt mailed to you, please return the entire bill with your payment.
