Facilities

The Kingston City School District (KCSD) Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for the care of more than one million square feet of educational space, which spans 171 acres. Our district has a total of 17 buildings, including 11 schools: Meagher Pre-K, seven K-4 elementary schools, two middle schools, and the high school, which together serve approximately 6,400 students. 

Our mission is to establish plans and procedures to improve the physical environment of all Kingston City School District buildings and properties in a professional, proactive manner in cooperation with all other KCSD departments to protect the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors. We incorporate those plans and procedures to the best of our abilities in our daily tasks, using the most efficient practices.
