Superintendent Goals

2025-2026 SUPERINTENDENT GOALS

1. The Superintendent will monitor and provide regular reports and data to the Teaching and Learning committee and the Board of Education on the implementation of three major educational initiatives.

  • I-Ready
  • Core Knowledge Language Arts (CKLA)
  • Edu-Climber

2. The Superintendent, in conjunction with the Communications Department, will present to the Board the progress toward the achievement of the goals established by the District Communication audit, including a review of the 2024-2025 plan objectives.

3. The Superintendent will present the Board with potential options for the redistricting or our school attendance zones. 

4. The Superintendent will provide the Board with updates on the 167.5-million-dollar, district wide capital project. 

5. The Superintendent will present a balanced school district budget to the Board of Education.
