    Now for this morning's news and announcements.

    Would you like to bring joy to a child this Christmas?  Bible Club is collecting donations for Operation Christmas Child through next Friday, November 22nd.  Green fliers in the hallways have ideas for what to give and we could also use money contributions.  Please bring all donations to Main 217.  thanks for your help.

    Attention Seniors! The class of 2020 started their Holiday Collection Fundraiser, which will run until November 22nd.  Please stop by Ms. Scorca's office or S116 to pick up your Holiday Collection Fundraiser catalog.  Completed order forms must be returned to S116 by Friday, November 22nd.

    Attention Seniors and Juniors:  2nd quarter privilege card applications are now available in your AP's offices.  Seniors can pick them up in Ms. Scorca's office, room W102 and Juniors, in Ms. Armstrong's office W302.  You will need a 2nd quarter privilege card to go off campus beginning Dec. 2nd.

    Do you like to debate?  Are you interested in law?  Do you want to gain confidence?  Then Mock Trial is for you.  Come check it out.  There will be an informational meeting for students interested in joining the KHS Mock Trial Team on Tuesday, November 19th, during 9th period in room 005 East.  If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs. Branford in E005.

    The revised date to turn in the application for the athletic administration scholarship is Wednesday, November 20th.  If you are a 2-sport senior athlete and would like to apply for this scholarship, applications are available in the athletic director's office.

    Attention Sophomores and Juniors: any student interested in running for a position in the KHS Student Governments should attend an informational meeting on either Tuesday, Nov. 19th or Wednesday, Nov. 20th.  The meeting will focus on the expectations of Student Government officers and rules regarding the election.  Any questions, please see Ms. Caserta in E210 or Mr. Nelson in W 308.

    Attention 9th, 10th, 11th graders:  Lifetouch will be taking photos during gym classes TODAY.  Order forms will be handed out during gym classes and will be available in all guidance offices.

    Attention sophomores: The Class of 2022 is having a class meeting TODAY to discuss our upcoming fundraiser. All are welcome!

    Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in the US.  Have you ever been concerned for the well-being of a friend of a friend or family member?  Come raise awareness, learn what to do in a crisis, and engage in a Suicide Prevention WOW Workshop 9th period on Monday, November 18th.  WOW is in room S110 on Monday.  Everyone is welcome to WOW!  Bring Friends!

    If you are interested in playing Boys Volleyball, there is a sign-up sheet in the Athletic Directors Office located in the front of Main.  There will also be an informational meeting after Thanksgiving break.
