Extended Activity Period ~ Monday-Thursday

~ Please sign up at Lunch

~ Please use a pencil and print your first & last name clearly

~ Do NOT cross out or erase other students names

~ Students must sign up for an extended activity if you are taking the late bus

~ If you sign up for an activity you must go to that activity, you are not allowed to switch

TEACHERS ~ Please check that your students are wearing their ID Badges everyday.  If not, send them to the greeter for a sticker badge for the day and order a new one if necessary.
