The Kingston City School District is located in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York State and is nestled at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. Kingston, the first capital of New York State, is approximately one hour south of Albany and two hours north of New York City.
The district encompasses approximately 125 square miles and serves an enrollment of about 8000 students. The resident population represents virtually all national and ethnic origins, each contributing to the richness of their heritage forming a pleasant, diverse, and progressive community.
