The Kingston City School District is a Tobacco Free Zone According to the Hudson Valley Student Support Services at Ulster BOCES, tobacco industry documents call our youth "replacement smokers." That's one of the reasons we are a Tobacco Free Zone. New York State law and School District policy prohibit tobacco use on school property. The District's Code of Conduct for students also prohibits possession of tobacco on campus or at school functions.
